Construction and Fitout

Under the direction of an HEALTHSHARE INTERIORS project manager construction and fit-out will be scheduled and carried out on budget and on deadline. With responsibility for ordering and delivery of all materials and co-ordination of all tradespeople the Project Manager is on the job from the moment designs are submitted to Council ensuring work can commence as soon as approvals come through.

The On-Site Manager guides the HEALTHSHARE INTERIORS team of tradespeople who are experienced and ready to work within the constraints of existing business operations.

The HEALTHSHARE INTERIORS tracking and management system ensures clear lines of communication, responsibility and accountability and means the client is kept up-to-speed at all times with the progress of the project.
